Proxy Proxy downtime detected

Our automatic failure detection has found that the Proxy is experiencing issues. That means, if you are using the Proxy, you are experiencing issues with your internet connection. We will try to resolve them as fast as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.

Internal Router IR downtime detected

Our automatic failure detection has found that the Internal Router of the Studentenwerk is down. This is most likely due to a reboot. It should come online again shortly. These reboots, unfortunately, are not under our control.

Major Outage in House 9 (HSH), floor 12

There is a major Internet outage in house 9, floor 12 (HSH) reported. We suspect that a switch might be at fault. We are looking into it.

  • The Stuwerk has replaced the old Switch. The problems should be gone now. If you still encounter them, please contact us.

  • The problem apperently extends to floor 13.

  • We have identified the floor switch as the culprit. That means, your Internet might be affected if your room's IP addresses lie within the ranges of 10.150.49.[1-253] and 10.150.50.[1-253]. We have notified the Studentenwerk and hope they will fix the issue, soon.
